For the inaugural session of The Performer’s Workshop, we headed west to the Golden State with none other than Broadway icons JJ Neimann and Barrett Wilbert Weed. From the moment we started, it was clear this group of students had showbiz in their veins.

Over three incredible days at 3rd Street Dance, participants learned choreography from hit Broadway shows, broke down songs through acting and vocal work, and sharpened their performance skills alongside the pros. Everyone left with new confidence, new tools for the stage—and a brand new headshot to match.
