Welcome to Showmance Entertainment LLC (“Showmance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you (“you” or “client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our programs, events, activations, campaigns, workshops, and related services, including all content, features, and functionality we provide.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

Showmance Entertainment LLC provides entertainment and production-based services, including workshops, performances, event coordination, event consultation, and full-service travel booking. Specific details regarding services, pricing, and availability will be communicated through our website, proposals, or direct consultation.

3. Client Information

To access or use our services, we may request personal and/or payment information. This can include but is not limited to:

• Full name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Payment details (credit card, ACH, check, or other accepted forms)

• Any other information required to complete your booking or manage your account

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and authorize us to use this information solely for fulfilling your service requests.

4. Payment Terms

All fees must be paid in accordance with the terms provided at the time of booking or as specified in a service agreement. Payments are typically due in full prior to services being rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by check, bank transfer, and, where applicable, purchase orders for schools and institutions. Applicable taxes and processing fees will be clearly indicated before payment.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

We recognize that schedules may change. Cancellation and refund eligibility will be determined by the terms outlined in your individual service agreement or booking confirmation. Some services may be non-refundable. Clients are encouraged to review the cancellation policy specific to their booking.

6. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, along with possible legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, logos, and intellectual property created or provided by Showmance Entertainment LLC remain the property of Showmance unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

8. Talent Likeness and Approvals

Showmance Entertainment LLC works with professional talent whose names, images, voices, and likenesses (collectively, “Likeness”) are protected and controlled. Any use of a talent’s Likeness—including but not limited to advertising, marketing, promotional materials, press releases, or social media content—must receive prior written approval from both Showmance Entertainment LLC and the individual artist (or their authorized representative).

Clients are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or otherwise using a talent’s Likeness without such approval. Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of services, cancellation of agreements, and potential legal action.

Showmance Entertainment LLC reserves the right to review and approve all materials featuring our affiliated talent before publication or distribution to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with contractual obligations.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your data are available in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the practices described therein.

10. Limitation of Liability

Showmance Entertainment LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law and, in any event, shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York (or substitute your preferred state of registration). Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website or other communication channels. Clients are encouraged to review these terms regularly.
